This property, located at W2339 Twin Pine Lane, Porterfield, Wisconsin, is currently under construction and will be ready by summer of 2023 for its first guests! The property is a four bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area, along with a gas fireplace. The ceilings range from 10 feet to 20 feet, with the highest part facing the Menominee River through a wall of windows and glass doors. Each bedroom has quality bedding and pillows. There is a living room/kitchen area for the family to gather together after a long day on the water to play games, read books, or watch TV. Open up the double patio doors that lead out to your own private patio to watch the river go by—maybe you’ll see our resident bald eagle. You also have your own private fire-pit area with Adirondack chairs to sit around, tell stories, and enjoy the stars.

Nightly Rates* for 2024

January-February-March-April: $400/night

May 1-11: $425/night

May 12-May 31: $450/night

Security Deposit: The first $200 of the invoice is to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to hold reservation. The security deposit is non-refundable.

Cleaning Fee: $150

Pet Surcharge: $50 per pet
