Pine Cone Cottage

Family memories start here! This brand-new, extremely-clean cottage is perfect for families as it has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the Menominee River, while the other bedroom has bunk beds with full-size mattresses for the kids. Each bedroom has quality bedding and pillows. This cottage has one bathroom that has a tiled shower stall. There is a living room/kitchen area for the family to gather together after a long day on the water to play games, read books, or watch TV. The cottage is approximately 650 square feet.

Evergreen Cottage

When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this cottage is perfect for you. Everything about it is new and the cottage is extremely clean! It has 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the Menominee River, while the other bedroom has a full-size bunk bed for family or friends. Each bedroom has quality bedding and pillows. This cottage has one bathroom that has a tiled shower stall. There is a living room/kitchen area for the everyone to gather together after a long day on the water to play games, read books, or watch TV. The cottage is approximately 650 square feet.

The River House

The River House has a larger space to make sure your group has plenty of room. The house is approximately 2,500 square feet and has undergone a complete renovation. On the main floor, there is a living room, a dining room with a fireplace, and a full-size kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms on the main floor, facing the river, each with a queen-sized bed. There is 1 1/2 baths on this floor as well. Up the spiral staircase, there is a third bedroom with a king-sized bed overlooking the river with a wall of windows. This bedroom also has a sitting area and it’s own private full bathroom. There is an additional room off the rear of the house that has two futons—each futon opens into a full-size bed. There are TV’s in each bedroom, as well as in the living room. The River House has its own fire pit area, two patios, and a gas grill.
